Whitt brings over 15 years of finance, operations, and M&A experience with expertise in both education and franchised companies. Most recently he was a Founding Member of Navagant where he was a Director in their Education & Training team and the leader of their Early Childhood Education practice. Prior to Navagant, Whitt was a Director at Capstone Partners on their Education and Training team where he was named an M&A Advisor Emerging Leader in 2022. He started his investment banking career at Harris Williams following obtaining his MBA at the University of North Carolina. Before Harris Williams, he was a Business Operations Analyst in the Office of the CFO at the U.S. Department of Energy. Whitt also founded Nectars Mills LLC, a food technology manufacturer, where he successfully obtained two patents, managed all aspects of the business’s operations, and grew the business’s distribution footprint both online and across multiple states.

Outside of work, Whitt enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and chocolate lab, Pippa. For fun, Whitt stays active playing any type of sport which most recently includes squash, golf, and pickleball.

His leadership is rooted in people, culture, and data-driven innovation and improvement, and his goal is to provide the tools and support needed for the Varma Education Group team to continue setting the standard within the Primrose system.
